The third-party mobile store from which you install the App and other sites accessible through our Platforms have their own privacy policies and data collection, use, and disclosure practices. II. Types of Information Collected
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways in order to personalize your experience and to help us better respond to your individual needs. The information we may collect depends on the content and materials you use and includes:
a. Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”)
We collect information from you when you register to the services of our Platforms, including PPI (such as your name and email address) and other information that you voluntarily give to us when choosing to participate in various activities related to our Platforms, such as liking or saving posts, sending feedback, and responding to surveys. If you choose to share data about yourself via your profile or other interactive areas of our Platforms, please be advised that all data you disclose in these areas is public,and your data will be accessible to anyone who accesses our Platforms.
b. Nonpersonally Identifiable Information
This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. We gather certain information about you based upon interaction with our Platforms in several ways. This information is compiled and analyzed on both a personal and an aggregated basis. This information may include the Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) that you just came from, which URL you next go to, what browser you are using and your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address. A URL is the global address of documents and other resources on the World Wide Web. An IP address is an identifier for a computer or device on a Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol (“TCP/IP”) network, such as the World Wide Web. Networks like the Web use the TCP/IP protocol to route information based on the IP address of the destination. In other words, an IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer whenever you are surfing the web, allowing web servers to locate and identify your computer. Computers require IP addresses in order for users to communicate on the Internet.
c. App-Specific Information
1. Derivative Data
Our servers automatically collect Derivative Data when you access the App, which are your native actions that are integral to the App and may include your searches performed, posts saved, features accessed, subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over, content viewed, the time and date of use of the App, length of time on the App, as well as other interactions with the App. This Derivative Data helps us understand who you are as a consumer and what types of offers you might like, such as lifestyle, preference, and interest information.
2. Geo-Location Information
We may request access or permission to track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using the App, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
3. Data from Social Networks
If you connect your account with us to a social media account, we may collect user information from social networking sites such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, including your name, your social media username, location, gender, birth date, email address, profile picture, and public data for contacts. This information may also include the contact information of anyone you invite to use and/or join the App.
4. Mobile Device Access
We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s Push Notification feature. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.
5. Mobile Device Data
We may obtain your device information such as your mobile device ID number, model, and manufacturer, version of your operating system, country, location, and any other data you choose to provide.
d. Third-Party Data
We may receive information from third parties (including service providers, retailers, data partners and other business partners) about you, including personal information, cookies and other identifiers, information about online transactions, and demographic and household data. We may use this information to offer you more personalized content and advertising.
III. Use of Your Information
We may use information that we collect from you in order to:
1. Operate, maintain, protect, improve, and optimize the services we provide to you;
2. Communicate with you about coupons, advertisements, promotional offerings, and other opportunities that may be of interest to you;

7. Advertise, including personalized advertisement, through social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Twitter;
8. Monitor, measure, conduct analytics on, and improve advertising and promotional campaigns and efforts as permitted by law;
9. Manage our everyday business needs such as website administration, forum management, analytics, fraud prevention, or to comply with the law;
10. Share and disclose information as described in Section V of this Privacy Policy; and
11. Carry out other purposes to which you consent to.
IV. Security of Your Information
We take the protection of your personal information seriously. We adopt the appropriate and industry-standard data collection, storage and processing practices, and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Platforms. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. We do not guarantee complete protection against unforeseeable and unauthorized actions committed by unauthorized parties.
Additionally, our Platforms may contain links to third-party websites and applications of interest, including advertisements and external services that are not affiliated with us. Any information you provide to these third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy. Before visiting and providing any information to any third-party websites, you should inform yourself of the privacy policies and practices (if any) of the third party responsible for that website or application, and take those steps necessary to, at your discretion, protect the privacy of your information. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other sites, services or applications that may be linked to or from our Platforms.
V. Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose personal information that we collect, or you provide: (1) to our subsidiaries and affiliates; (2) to contractors, services providers and other third parties we use to support our business (collectively “our Service Partners”); (3) to defend ourselves in a legal dispute, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others; or (4) when required or advised to do so by law, such as in response to a subpoena, or similar legal process, including law enforcement agencies, regulators, and courts in the United States.
We will encourage our Service Partners to adopt and post privacy policies. However, the use of your information by our Service Partners is governed by the privacy policy of those Service Partners and is not subject to our control.
VI. Changing, Retaining, and Deleting Your Information
a. Changing Your Information
We believe you should have the ability to access and edit the personally identifiable information that you have provided to us. You may change any of your personally identifiable information by updating your account on our App or Website or by contacting us in the manner prescribed in Section VIII below.
b. Retention of Your Information
Unless you request otherwise, we will retain your personal information for as long as this Privacy Policy is in effect. Further, we will retain your personal information to the extent necessary to comply with any legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our legal agreements and policies, and for internal analysis purposes such as to strengthen security or improve the functionality of our App.
c. Deleting Your Information
To delete any personal information that you have provided to us, please contact us in the manner prescribed in Section VIII below. Please note that we cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account. Likewise, you may delete your account yourself by following the steps mentioned in section IX below.
VII. Your California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits users of our Platforms who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please contact us in the manner prescribed in Section VIII below.

IX. Delete Account
After registration, you have the option to delete your account effortlessly. The process involves the following straightforward steps to ensure a seamless experience:
1. Navigate to the ‘accounts’ section located in the bottom navigation of our platform.
2. Select ‘delete account’ from the available options.
3. Confirm the prompted action to proceed with the deletion.
It’s important to note that utilizing the delete feature results in the permanent removal of your account from our database. However, should you decide to return, you are welcome to reuse the same email to create a fresh account.
